As another convenience, customers can pay their bill at Wal-Mart anywhere in the United States. To pay your bill at Wal-Mart, take your most current bill, with either cash or a pin-based debit card to Wal-Mart’s Customer Care Center. Wal-Mart will charge $0.88 per transaction with a guarantee the payment being sent to the Authority in three business days or for $1.88 the payment will be delivered to the Authority the next business day. The Authority offers the option to use Automatic Debit Payment services. This alternative will automatically deduct your utility payments from your bank account, saving you the need to send payments by mail or making payments in person. To sign up for this type of payment method, click here to fill out the authorization form. Please note, a voided check showing the Routing and Account Number information must be submitted with the completed and signed form.
In-Person Payments
The Authority always accepts payments in person during normal operating hours at the Falling Creek office location. Operating hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Directions to the office can be found here.
